One of Bo's favorite places to photograph is Tahiti and one of his favorite subjects to photograph is water. This limited edition image captures a fragment of Tahiti's diverse landscape from the back side of a wave.

The North Shore of Oahu in Hawaii is a sought-after surfing destination for its beautiful shoreline and swells.  This panorama printed in matte black and white offers a dynamic sense of motion with a classic sense of style. 

Bo dives into The Exumas, Bahamas to photograph a school of reef sharks.

The Exumas are an archipelago of 365 cays and islands, beginning just 35 miles southeast of Nassau. With a Bahamian dive captain as his guide, Bo's strategic use of a fish eye lens and dome port water housing captures this extraordinary moment above and below the water's surface.

With this center of the road perspective, Bo brings the viewer with him on a road trip into the Grand Teton National Park. 

On the shore of Manasquan, New Jersey, Bo captures a perfect beach day in late August. Hovering over the playful crowds in a helicopter, he notices the clusters of candy-colored umbrellas popping up along the shoreline and preserves the delight of summer.

On August 27, 2011, the Tahitian Coast Guard and French Navy called an evacuation CODE RED to keep everyone on shore and out of the water. Pro surfers and surf enthusiasts alike gathered for this record-breaking event and risked their lives riding and photographing this illustrious wave. Shot from a jet-ski in the channel.

Shot from an inflatable dinghy in the channel, Bo captures the beauty of a historical moment. At Teahupoo, the swell earned a CODE RED by local authoriries forbidding anyone from entering the water. Despite warnings, the waves attracted pro surfers willing to risk their lives to have a turn at championing the waves.

A landscape shaped by thousands of years of volcanic activity, North Sumatra is rich in commerce and culture with vast, uninhibited views. With his ability to perfectly capture a moment, and a heart for exploration, Bo shares North Sumatra's dynamic spirit with the viewer through this summer sunset illuminating the Indian Ocean.

Bo scaled the Brooklyn Bridge to achieve this unique perspective of lower Manhattan. This detailed image highlights a portion of New York's history and progress.

Fort Point is a small take off at the base of the San Francisco Bridge. Its reputation for being a "locals only" surf spot didn't stop Bo from breaking through a fence to share this view. His boldness resulted in an altercation involving handcuffs with federal officers. Bo missed out on surfing the notorious location, but managed to snap this beautiful image.

A beautiful sunny day sets this lovely scene in a forest of Aspen trees. The color and lighting of this particular piece will bring warmth into any setting.

A theme within Bo's collection of works is the concept of "Above and Below" the surface. From acquiring his pilots license after college, to spending almost everyday in the ocean, Bo explores vantage points beyond the conventional or traditional. Bo has created a collection of water images that show the beauty of nature and the patterns that exist below the surface. 

Bo shot the advertising campaign for Mission Impossible and was in New York for the premiere. On his free time, Bo took a helicopter tour and captured this intense angle of the Freedom Tower.

Shot late at night with a long exposure, Midnight Blue evokes a sense of calmness, rarely associated with the busy pier after dark.

An early morning spring storm sets in on Hermosa Beach. Bo captures the ominous lighting beneath the Hermosa Beach Pier as the ocean comes to life. The cool colors and raw motion of water bring with it a restless mood, atypically associated with the Southbay.

Manhattan Beach locals enjoy the benefits of oceanfront dwelling making a quick surf, swim, or beach walk part of their routine each morning. Bo shares a "morning commute" from point of view as a wave begins to break.

The moment before the sun dips below the horizon line under the Manhattan Beach Pier. Bright blues and a flare of orange create a stunning portrayal of Manhattan Beach's beautiful sunsets.

Circling the city in a helicopter, Bo shot this abstract aerial perspective with an exclusive view of the Freedom Tower in Lower Manhattan, NYC. In the foreground the Staten Island Ferry heads to dock, bringing the viewer with it, into the southern most part of the island of Manhattan.

A scene from U.S. Route 66 embodies America's rustic charm when driving across the country. One of the original highways of the U.S. Highway System, it is also known as Will Rogers Highway, Main Street of America, or the Mother Road. This interstate gave strength to small business across the country, as it connects Southern California to Chicago, Illinois. 

This image offers an abstract and rare look at the Hermosa Pier which is framed by the wave Bo shot it through. The perspective gives the viewer a feeling of being in motion, experiencing the rush of catching a wave and riding it past the pier to the shore.

The Teton Range is a subrange of the Rocky Mountains which extend from southern Alaska to northern New Mexico. This mountain is entirely within the Snake River drainage basin, which it feeds by several local creeks and glaciers. The origin of the name is disputed but many claim its named after the Teton Sioux tribe of Native Amerians.

On a hazy morning in Manhattan Beach, Bo shoots the local swell with a long lens from the El Porto Jetty. A shadow of the Manhattan Pier stands in the haze while surfers patiently wait for their chance to drop in. 

A simple doctor's office experiences a quiet moment on a street in Mexico.

Nature reflects nature in this stunning shot on the coast of St. Ives, England. The shallow water and billowing clouds are caught at a perfect time for dynamic depth and perspective.

A grand entrance framed by the mussel covered pilings; you can imagine the sound of swirling water and the scent of the ocean as the pier stretches almost 1,000 feet ahead. The oldest concrete pier on the west coast, The Manhattan Beach Pier has survived storm and age, giving platform to photographers to explore many vantage points above and below the iconic structure.

A dock shaken up by a hurricane is found in the turquoise waters of the Bahamas. Bo recognizes the art in its contorted lines and gives new life to the structure.

A beautiful day in Bo's hometown, Hermosa Beach is captured in this image with a simple, brilliant color palette.  A sense of stability in the pier is complemented by the natural movement of sea and sky. 

Wading throughshoulder-high water with 40lbs of camera gear, Bo and his crewmates discovered this tranquil oasis along the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon. They waited for over three hours for the sun's rays to slowly transform the scene. As the light filtered through the gorge and illuminated the lagoon in a peaceful sun shower, Bo snapped this shot of "Where the Trolls Live".

While shooting a family portrait for local friends, the troupe discovered this bright red barn standing in freshly fallen snow. The footprints that lead your eye into the frame are created by the family's kids, not in sight, but their mark now left on this photograph forever.
